Bob Shallow: From Corner Office to Kingdom
Bob Shallow walked away from a Fortune 500 vice presidency when God called him to equip Christian entrepreneurs. After 28 years in corporate leadership at Ford and Dover Corporation, he launched C12 in Jacksonville, grew it to 100 members, and discovered only 1% of Christian entrepreneurs are truly discipled. In February 2025, he founded MinistryPreneurs, a nonprofit helping churches equip business owners. Bob shares how a childhood faith moment at age nine anchored him through trailer park years and corporate success, why time is now the scarcest resource, and how abiding in Christ daily guides every decision. This interview explores the integration of faith and business, the loneliness of leadership, and why walking away from security sometimes means picking up something better.
